College students rarely know exactly what they want to major in or do for the rest of their lives and often young professionals find that they want to change career direction. We help college students and young professionals explore  viable career options by discovering  their  strengths: character strengths, temperament, and innate work style.  Once   strengths and personality traits are identified, career possibilities become more apparent and can be explored in detail.  Through our assessment methods and  discovery process, we help clients claim their strengths and chart a path.
